3 Month Prepay

MMA JUMP START AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

GOAL OF MMA JUMP START MEMBERSHIP: To grow agent referral partners through relationship marketing, build consistent referrals, and increase monthly production.
TERM OF AGREEMENT: The term of this agreement will be 3 months.
COST: The cost of the 3-month subscription is $1041. After 3 months, the term will become month-to-month at $347.
REFUND POLICY: Refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the customer’s next monthly bill date. Any cancellation, for any reason, that occurs prior to the expiration of the initial 3-month term, may result in a cancellation fee of $250.
BREACH OF CONTRACT: We reserve the right to send any uncollected money from incomplete contracts to a third-party collection agency to obtain the debt. This includes, but is not limited to, declined accounts with failed attempts to update within 30 days of initial decline, declined early contract termination fees, and unwarranted chargebacks while under contract.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter above and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement with respect to such subject matter.
CONTENT, CONDUCT AND EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES:

Use of Lead Learning Materials & Content: All materials and content provided by Mortgage Marketing Animals owned by Mortgage Marketing Animals. By enrolling in the MMA JUMP START membership, you are granted a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and utilize Mortgage Marketing Animals Platforms, content, and materials for personal non-commercial use. You are not permitted to transfer, post, transmit, distribute, share, or otherwise disseminate the content or materials without prior written consent from Mortgage Marketing Animals. You may not utilize any of Mortgage Marketing Animals platforms to sell or distribute personal services or products. You are not authorized to use Mortgage Marketing Animal’s intellectual property, including but not limited to its name, logos, marks, graphics, video, audio materials, or other intellectual property, without prior written consent from Mortgage Marketing Animals. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Mortgage Marketing Animal ’s intellectual property rights.

Conduct: You may not post or transmit any information through Mortgage Marketing Animal’s Platforms which: (i) infringes the rights of others or violates their privacy or publicity rights, (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, (iii) is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of such right, or (iv) contains unauthorized or malicious software such as viruses. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from your infringement of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other harm caused by your use of Mortgage Marketing Animal’s Platform, Services, or Supplemental Tools. Mortgage Marketing Animals reserves the right to disenroll any member whose behavior it deems inappropriate, distracting, or disruptive. In such an event, no refund will be provided.

Exclusion of Warranties: Mortgage Marketing Animals endeavors to provide quality coaching to its members. However, you acknowledge no warranties of any kind are made with respect to the group coaching, the supplemental tools, or any associated content or materials. You understand information given in conjunction with the Services is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee any particular result or outcome. The Services are not intended to constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice. Mortgage Marketing Animals does not guarantee the content will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely, or error free, or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors, and/or omissions. MORTGAGE MARKETING ANIMALS EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
