THE MARKETING ANIMALS Participant Image Release Agreement  

This agreement is between The Marketing Animals & Event Attendees for the Image Release details described in the document.  

For valid consideration received, PARTICIPANT grants permission to The Marketing Animals and ALL THIRD PARTY MEDIA PRODUCTION COMPANIES hired by The Marketing Animals to license PARTICIPANT'S image and likeness for any purpose allowed by law. PARTICIPANT'S likeness may be used by The Marketing Animals or its assignees, licensees. sub-licensees, or any third party or parties, for commercial or personal use in advertising, trade, commercial purposes: Personal use, or other uses not forbidden under this Agreement.  

PARTICIPANT understands and agrees that The Marketing Animals and all third party or parties may digitally edit, manipulate, combine, and add creative effects to all photos, videos, or other media containing PARTICIPANT or PARTICIPANT'S likeness. PARTICIPANT agrees to hold The Marketing Animals and all third party or parties harmless for any edits that may be viewed as defamatory or demeaning  

PARTICIPANT understands and agrees that PARTICIPANT has no rights to the media created under this Agreement. PARTICIPANT understands that The Marketing Animals and all third party or parties has no duty to grant access to all media/photos.  

This contract is on the payment terms of PROBONO —PARTICIPANT will not be compensated in anyway. PARTICIPANT will not ask any further compensation or make any other claims now or in the future from The Marketing Animals and all third party or parties.  

I acknowledge that this Image Release document is/was willing signed by me. I certify that I am not a minor. I am free and able of giving such consent described in this Image Release document.
